I just moved my studio and though I've never been a large FS.com customer after I've settled in my film and photography studio in the new space I will be needing some things. I'm currently a 10G multimode fibre user and have a single 10g single mode outdoor link. All of my fibre patch cables are from FS.com and I use a combination of FS.com SFP+ transceivers with a number of used Intel and Cisco transceivers in Mikrotik and QNAP switches due to their low cost and quietness. My studio and many film productions and other creative projects that we support have benefited greatly from the internal optical network that we built mostly on FS.com product and though we are a small team and work with smaller productions we have helped these productions access storage and post processing resources that producers have found out of reach even with production budgets 20x their size.

This cable is suitable for indoor use, and I contacted them to buy an outdoor one, all good.

I was weary of products arriving in a plastic bag because I was worried that they might get damaged during shipping. However, FS did a great job and it proved to be undamaged. The dust cap can be easily removed without much force. The connectors clip easily into the LC slots and remain firmly locked. Coring BIF fiber helps a lot, these cables didn』t break nor suffer any problems while I bent them. I』m currently pleased with this cable and its performance.
