Good solid L2+ switch that works down below zero. Many more configuration options than its price would suggest as well.

We are using this switch in an outdoor environment but it is protected from the elements. It works great and has not given any problems. It』s connected to another switch via fiber about 650 feet away. It was easy to configure and setup.
